Smarter Design — Empowering Business
After a career in the building industry our client decided to go out one their own, and came to us to create a brand that reflected their values and intention for their new business. We started the process with naming, landing on BLDBL, or Buildable. The word ‘Buildable’ reflects the founder’s ‘can do’ attitude and belief that the process of creating spaces should be enjoyable and rewarding for all involved. Shortening the name to BLDBL allows for a punchy and expressive logotype – a refined expression of the building industry.
Mint is fresh and distinctive within the sector, and paired with black creates a friendly, no-nonsense palette for this new builder.
The BLDBL objective is simple: a reliable team work to provide an enjoyable experience for clients and ultimately, a highly liveable outcome. Hence the tagline, Reliable, Enjoyable, Liveable.
Graphic design executions include vehicle livery, stationery, uniform and temporary site signage. We extended the service with copywriting and social media strategy with positive, descriptive messaging as follows:
