Kennedy Property Services has been operating as a property maintenance company for more than thirty years. Purchasing the business several years ago, husband and wife team Jess and Jeff Bond sought to revolutionise the core capability of the organisation and reestablish the brand as a full service construction company offering commercial fit-outs, construction management and property maintenance services.
As a part of this transition, we were engaged to evolve and modernise the brand in order to establish them as a leader in the category. Adopting a strategy to create a distinct and highly visible brand, which would allow us to take advantage of the multiple vehicles on the road at any one time, we created an outcome that allows for penetration and cut through across all touch points, amongst a highly competitive and crowded market.
Moving on, Jess and Jeff have more than doubled the size of the company. A highly successful outcome leading to a brand that supports their vision and enables them to confidently move into areas that may of seemed unachievable prior to the transition.
