The branding of PACT architects marks a new beginning for its four directors. The four heads of the studio had taken over ownership from their former employer and felt it appropriate to apply their collaborative philosophy to the brand.
The name PACT refers to the idea of a promise—the covenant between the four equal partners and also the close relationship that they build with their clients. The collaborative approach taken with their clients is as a cornerstone of their design process.
The logo takes the PACT name and arranges it into four equal sections to represent the structure of the partnership. It is applied across printed materials with minimalism and restraint. Where possible we have used a deep emboss of the logo, as if set in stone, to convey a sense of permanence—an enduring pact.
